A little note before you order ♡
At Ranea, all orders are prepaid.
We currently don't offer Cash on Delivery (COD), which means your payment is completed securely online while placing your order.
We know paying before receiving your jewellery can sometimes feel like a little extra step, so here's why we keep things this way.
Why prepaid only?
Prepaid orders help us keep the ordering and delivery process simple.
It means your order is confirmed as soon as your payment is successfully completed, allowing us to prepare and dispatch it without waiting for payment at delivery.
It also helps reduce refused deliveries and unnecessary returns-to-origin (RTO), so your little package gets to you without making an unwanted trip back to us. ♡
How can I pay?
The payment options available to you will be displayed at checkout.
Depending on the payment gateway and your location, you may see options such as:
- UPI
- Debit & credit cards
- Net banking
- Wallets
- Other supported online payment methods
Simply choose your preferred option at checkout and complete the payment.
Is my payment secure?
Your payment is processed through the online payment gateway available at checkout.
Ranea does not directly store your complete card or payment credentials.
Once your payment is successfully completed, your order will be confirmed and you'll receive your order confirmation.
What if my order can't be delivered?
Don't worry.
If your parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we'll handle it according to our RTO Policy.
If the RTO happens because of a customer-side issue, applicable shipping/RTO charges may be deducted and the remaining eligible amount will be refunded.
If the problem is on Ranea's side, we'll handle it.

What if there's a problem with my order?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Keep the product and packaging safely with you and send us the required photos/videos and your order number.
We'll review the issue and help you with the appropriate resolution.
