How do I place an order?
Choose the piece you love, select the required quantity, and add it to your bag.
Once you're ready, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, complete your payment, and you're all set.
You'll receive an order confirmation after your order has been successfully placed.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct delivery details.
If your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, we'll try our best to update it.
Once the order has been shipped, we're unable to guarantee an address change.
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
Once your payment is completed, you'll receive an order confirmation.
If you don't receive one, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us with the details you used while ordering.
Payments
Does Ranea offer Cash on Delivery?
No. Ranea currently accepts prepaid orders only.
We keep checkout prepaid so your order can be processed smoothly and securely without the uncertainty of cash-on-delivery deliveries.
What payment methods can I use?
The available payment methods will be shown to you during checkout.
Payment options may include cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or other methods supported by our payment provider.
Is online payment safe?
Payments are processed through the payment gateway available at checkout.
Ranea does not directly store your complete card or payment credentials.

We currently ship across India.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
Contact us as soon as possible.
If your order hasn't been processed or shipped, we'll try our best to help.
Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, changes may not be possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my jewellery if I change my mind?
Ranea currently does not accept returns simply because you changed your mind or no longer want the product.
Please make sure you've selected the right piece before placing your order.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Don't worry — contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please keep the product, packaging, and parcel safely with you and send us clear photos/videos along with your order details.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product you received.
We'll review the issue and help you with the appropriate resolution.
Do I need an unboxing video?
For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, an unboxing video may be required to help us verify the issue.
We strongly recommend recording your parcel while opening it, from the sealed package through the product inspection.

Can I wear Ranea jewellery in water?
We recommend keeping your jewellery away from unnecessary exposure to water, especially prolonged contact.
Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, or other activities involving significant water exposure.
Can I sleep while wearing my jewellery?
We recommend removing your jewellery before sleeping.
This helps reduce unnecessary friction, pulling, and contact with sweat or skincare products.
Can I apply perfume while wearing my jewellery?
It's best to apply perfume, lotions, creams, and other beauty products before putting on your jewellery.
Allow them to dry before wearing your pieces.
How should I store my jewellery?
Keep your jewellery somewhere dry and away from direct sunlight.
When you're not wearing it, store each piece carefully to reduce scratching, tangling, and unnecessary exposure to moisture.
How should I clean my jewellery?
Gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, clean, dry cloth after wearing it.
Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and rough materials.

RTO & Delivery
What does RTO mean?
RTO means Return to Origin.
This happens when a parcel cannot be delivered to the customer and is sent back to us.
Why can an order become RTO?
An order may become RTO because of reasons such as:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer being unavailable
- Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept the parcel
- Other courier-related delivery issues
What happens if my order becomes RTO?
If your parcel is returned to us, the next steps will depend on the circumstances of the order.
